  Logan Kline from the Chris Killeen Agency tried selling a home insurance policy to our current client with extreme dirty tactics. 1.) Removed the Personal Property Replacement Cost Endorsement to get the price to bare bones minimum 2.) Gave our insured multiple discounts which he did not qualify for and would in fact fall off at renewal, thus increasing the price. Similar to a bait and switch. 3.) Raised the deductible 4 times higher to make it look like the quote was the same It's very disappointing that insurance agents participate in practices like this and I hope agents will follow best business practices. That is not the way you grow a book of business to become a reliable and trustworthy agency.
